Interior-Mold Releases

KECO 100-204ROTO - Fast Release With High-Gloss Finish
KECO 100-203ROTO - Medium Release With Semi-Gloss Finish
KECO 100-205ROTO - Medium Release With Matt/Semi-Gloss Finish
KECO 100-207ROTO - Slow Release With Matt Finish

Permanent Teflon® coatings offering lubrication for heat-sensitive substrates and release properties for applications in a multitude of areas including Rotational Molding. KECO 100 is a non-stick liquid that provides excellent lubricity and release properties resistant to extreme temperatures (-250F to 500F). KECO 100 is designed primarily for commercial equipment and meets most FDA/USDA requirements for food and pharmaceutical applications.

Interior-Mold Coating

KECO 600Texture/Release TM Coating - Textured Release coating for fabricated or cast rotomolding tools. Available in a wide range of surface finishes.

Exterior-Mold Coatings

KECO 100-GenROTO - Excellent Lubricity and Release Properties
KECO 100-400PROTO - Excellent Release and Easy Cleanup

Molding material build-up on exterior mold surfaces insulates tooling and can cause uneven heating and cooling that may create uneven wall thicknesses and warping of finished product. KECO's Exterior Permanent Teflon coatings will help to keep exterior mold surfaces clean for even, consistent heat transfer.

KECO Signature Products For Special Applications

KECO 100P
Non-stick powder application — utilizing PFA chemistry — designed to enhance KECO 100 with extremely high release properties and corrosion resistance. Excellent for printing and packaging applications. Meets most FDA/USDA requirements for food and pharmaceutical applications.

A two part composite Teflon® coating that provides a tough, durable, smooth finish with excellent release characteristics. The uniqueness of this coating allows uniform thin film coverage for complex shapes encountered with food processing equipment or many other applications. KECO 100P is resistant to a wide variety of organic and inorganic chemicals. Also used in the vibratory industry to provide a "no-mar" finish for high gloss plastic parts used in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

KECO 400
Metallic ceramic coating with the performance characteristics of a dry film lubricant. Operates under extreme temperatures that exceed the limitations of PTFE (resists up to 1200 degrees F). Formulated for thermal barrier application: glass delivery and automotive exhaust systems — headers, intakes and manifolds.

KECO 500
A resin-bonded lubricant coating designed to provide dry film lubrication for a variety of industrial, commercial and military applications. The KECO 500 process coating provides solid film lubrication to meet the requirements for chemical resistance, anti-galling, and wear resistance of military specifications Mil-l-8937C and Mil-L-46010A. It gives lifetime lubrication for components which are unaccessible after assembly and must function reliably even after long periods with no maintenance. Effective performance is achieved even with thin films, 0.0003 inch (8 microns) thick, so; there is little interference with operating tolerances.

KECO 600
A thermal spray, plasma, or wire arc metalizing application, designed for long- term performance. Formulated for thermal barrier, wear and surface restoration

KECO 800
Electro conductive coating delivers high level of conductivity, eliminates static charge build-up and operates at temperatures of 550 degrees F.

KEPHOS
Thin film (.007 to .001) liquid coating with notable lightweight qualities. Resilient against chemical, impact, abrasion and corrosion environments; superior performer to black oxide and phosphate coatings.

K-KOTE
Urethane application utilized when sound reduction, endurance, abrasion and weather resistance are required. Excellent for vibratory feeder bowls, racks and dust collector cyclones.
